Notice:

1 、Quality Assurance: customers can contact us：0755-86110165-111. If the instrument can not operate properly, or do not know how to use it. If the phone can not solve the problem ,costomer need to be sent back the detector to us, the express delivery charges by both parties to bear.

2 、Attach a note to the returned equipment. Write down the problem of the detector. Make sure you write clearly the mailing address, the addressee, the telephone, etc. For those who fail to deliver the faulty equipment directly to the company and without any note or incomplete information, which results in the failure to be repaired in time, the responsibility shall be borne by the user himself.

3 、Our normal maintenance cycle is the equipment received from the after sales service center, 5 working days from second days. For maintenance time or other special requirements, be sure to fill in clearly.Special requirements may be charged separately, and if maintenance account does not arrive in time, the maintenance period will be readjusted.

4 、Customer in receipt of quotation, confirmed that the detector needn't maintenance, customer need to bear the express cost.
