MOT500 series gas detector and DN-8000 gas controller, all support TCP/IP protocol. Using network, optical fiber, ADSL, router, switch, GPRS wireless SMS alarm and other components to build a complete multifunction on-line detection concentration monitoring system. ② Flexibly combined according to the scene environment. Supporting LAN as well as external network and it can operate stable and reliable for a long time.

③ Fast response speed.Theoretically,only takes 1 second to collect the concentration data of 100 gas detectors at the same time. Some manufacturers claim to use Ethernet transmission mode, but their detection equipment only has RS485 signal output, so the device itself does not support TCP/IP transmission. It will takes more than 60 seconds to collect the concentration data of 100 gas detector if using RS485 communication method, it’s not the real sense of remote real-time monitoring because the efficiency is too low. To realize the real and efficient TCP / IP transmission, the device must have the network port output, and the data receiver must also support the TCP / IP protocol.

④ The wiring cost is low, because the Ethernet cable is much cheaper than the conventional three-core cable or the four-core cable. Besides, using Ethernet cable to set up the network,users only need to add the switch according to the environment at site to prolong the effectively transmit distance(the transmit distance is usually to be 100 meters of each Ethernet cable ).

⑤ The system supports the SMS alarm function. It is not a simple alarm status reminder, because it can accurately find which area, which detector is alarming and what the current concentration value is. User can send the alarm message to any mobile phone number as preset.

⑥ All data can be real-time transmitted simultaneously to the EPA and the user’s database server or controller to display, store and query. Cooperate with the powerful upper computer, it can completely meet all kinds of requirements of users.

⑦ The detector controller adopts 7-inch HD LCD color screen with beautiful interface, it can be connected with fan, alarm, printer, data server, etc.
